Giggles Child Development Center located at 1539 Bartholomew Street is owned and operated by Melonie Pichon. Giggles and Melonie were part of the Parent Leadership’s pilot study of the assessment tool, which the PLC developed to be used to assess local early childhood service providers. Giggles was one of ten local providers that agreed to be part of the test study.
We were delighted by the reaction of the 10 organizations when we showed them the results. Every organization found the tool to be extremely helpful and it has led them to develop plans to address concerns that were mentioned in the individual assessments.
